Thank you for continuing to talk about CBMS. I think what's going on here is what goes on with the implementation of technology. That is the planning, designing and use of any new system will reflect the commitment, resources and philosophy underlining current workflow processes. CBMS is a magnified version of the problems poor Coloradoans have faced for years. Its implementation mirrors our contradictory attitudes around public assistance. I have worked in technology for a while and I have seen this scenario before. Never have I seen its impact on so many people, nor have I seen the denial of such a possibility be so strong. If only we could translate assisting our fellow man into a bottom line or a clear return on investment. Then, I agree with you, this system would be fixed.
